2- Only one account per houseshold, the account sipping address shall be located in the United States or a U.S. Territory. (PO Boxes will not be accepted)

3- Duplicated account are not allowed. all fraudulent account will either be terminated or placed on hold. We try to provide for our advertisers a 100% quality leads. multiple accounts with the same shipping address will be terminsted. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any application for membership

Users:

Users are responsible for maintaining their account security by not giving away there password to a third party. The user account is not transferable. you may not use anyone else's personal information to open a new account. innactive account will be subject to revision after four month period. suspended users may not create another account affiliated with any iFreeiPod affilate site.

Signing up for any CasFlix sites, the user agrees to recieve emails from us or a third party about special offers or advertisements offers.

The user is responsible for for completing and submitting the offers through our site and not from other websites. In order to complete some offers the user must enable cookies in his browser setting and sometimes need to desable his popup blocker.

The time required to get credit for any offers does not have a specific deadline. it all depend on the advertiser and there choice in accepting the lead or rejecting it.incopmlete offer submistion will not be accepted. Submiting false information on any offers will result on rejecting the lead

we are not reponsible of any of the terms and conditions of any of the affiliated websites. the user is responsible on agreeing on those terms before submitting the offer.

Offers:

To recieve the free item the user need to follow these requirement

1- Each site have different number of needed offers to get credit for. This site need three offer to be completed.

2- Refere at least 5 unique people that need to join and go to the same process.

3- The user may recieve only one free item by website

After completion of the requirement for the free item. we ship the item via Fedex within a persiod of 30days (and Depending on the availability of the item). we also reseve the right to take legal action against fraudulent user, even after sending them the item.We also hae the right to cancel any account without any notice.

Shipping address can not be different from the one entred first by the user. This will protect users from fraudulent actions. Cashflix is not responsible of the lost or the damage of the item sent. The product that you will recieve may be new or refurbished but will not be used or damaged. All items will have complete warranties.
